We, at H16 Academy, are strong advocates for more female presence in the world of football. We have conceptualized and created our ‘Girls in Football’ initiative for this specific purpose and made it one of our highest priority.
Football has always been a great influence for many generations of youth all over the world. The passion it instills has crossed all borders, including race, creed, and gender.
We have invested ourselves into empowering girls and future women in making football a sport for them. We are creating a strong foundation to build a women’s football ecosystem and boost leadership roles for women at each and every level that will modernize the management of the game.
We will be focussing our efforts in this direction by conducting programs in schools, colleges, educational institutions, and even companies to create awareness and encourage girls to take up football as a career choice.
We are determined to improve the state of football for girls on a global level. We want to make them part of the global phenomenon that football is. We plan to increase the level of female participation in football starting with Asia and then spread it globally.
